Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are factory.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 7-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it takes around 20 days if the goods are not in stock, certainly,it is according to your quantity.
Q: Do u do Non-standard Fasteners,and How about the OEM/ODM?
A:Yes,we do Non-standard Fasteners,OEM/ODM as well,and we have 20 years more experience in this line.We have complete production line, R&D Center. Pre-sales and after-sales support. Let u no worries about the quality.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free unless the customed items,but you need charge the freight at the first time.
Q:Do you sell little quantity,like few hundred and few thousand?
A: It depends on the stock. if we have ,that's ok. if not,it needs MOQ.

Q: How can I get the quotation?
A: Please send us information for quote: drawing, material, size,quantity and request,we can accept PDF, ISGS, DWG, STEP file format.If you don't have drawing, please send the sample to us,we can quote based on your sample too.
Q:Do you inspect the raw material?
A:Each batch of materials is carefully tested by inspector on apperance, raw material defects, wire drawing size etc. and the testing result is filed in computer. All the checmical composition as well as material warranty documents of raw materials is spot checked.
Q:Do you inspect the goods during the production?
A:Inspector test each process according to the order and the corresponding product standard, each process has corresponding operation instruction. All the test result is filed in the corresponding computer daily. Mechanical properties are filed in paper documents.
Q:How do you control each batch goods?
A:Statistician keep recording and filing all batch of the incoming products, noted with contract No., model, size, quantity, weight, surface color etc.
Q: What's your MOQ?
A:In general 1000pcs,if we have stock can accept low quantity in some special conditions.
Q:Will you ship the unqualified goods?
A:Concerning to abnormal occurrence or unqualified products: Unqualified products processing sheet is reported to QC dept. by inspector. The reworking will be done after QC workers come up with solutions and suggestions.
Q:How do you manage your files?
A:All the documents or customer orders is given out by designated personnel. The drawings and exterior documents are given out and recorded by QC department.
Q:Can we get the inspection certificate?
A:A Unified test report presented by specific worker is delivered together with the finished products.
Q:What quote do you offer?
A:FOB , CIF and others ways according the your needs.
Q:What are the terms of payment?
A:All of kinds Payment we can accept from you.But it's better to pay by T/T or L/C.

A:Yes, we can print logo for you.

A:Yes, it is our specialty. Most of our product are customized parts.

A:Usually machining material from Stainless steel, Carbon steel, Brass, Bronze, Aluminum Alloy, Alloy steel, POM ,Nylon and so on.
Q:What kinds of working machining range of your machine and tolerance?
A:Usually our Machines working machining range from 1-55MM ,the tolerance could meeting ±0.01MM .
Q:How can you ensure the quality?
A:We have QC (IPQC department to control the quality from the begining of production to the accomplishment of goods .
Q: What is your main products?
A:Fasteners, Bolt, nut, screws, washer, threaded rod, anchors, self tapping screws, self driling screws, stainless steel and accecpt custom non-standard etc.
